  • Ettevalmistus / Preparation:
  • Kasutage 10 g teed (ca 5 tl) 1 liitri värskelt keedetud vee kohta. Lasta 3 minutit, seejärel kurna.
  • Use 10 g of tea (approx. 5 heaped tsp) for 1 litre of freshly boiled water. Infuse for 3 minutes, then strain.
