Seda ” tee ” saadakse Lõuna-Ameerika punase lapacho puu sisemisest koorest. 13.–16. sajandil valitsenud inkad olevat juba kasutanud lapacho koort. Lapacho on loomulikult kofeiinivaba. Õigesti valmistatuna meenutab meeldiv maitse veidi vaniljet. Lapachot tuleks nautida leigena või külmana. Meie kvaliteet pärineb Tecoma-Lapacho puu sisemisest koorest, mis on tuntud ka kui “Purple Lapacho Tree”, mis on välise koorega võrreldes palju homogeensem ja eelkõige vähem tolmune ja maitselt magusam. Tänu oma meeldivalt mahedale aroomile, mis meenutab veidi vanilli või karamelli, on see tee väga populaarne. See sisaldab vähem parkhapet ja ei sisalda kofeiini.
This ‘tea’ is obtained from the inner bark of the South American Red Lapacho tree. The Incas, who ruled from the 13th to the 16th century, are said to have already used lapacho bark. Lapacho is naturally caffeine-free. Properly prepared, the pleasant flavour is slightly reminiscent of vanilla. Lapacho should be enjoyed lukewarm or cold. Our quality is from the inner bark of the Tecoma-Lapacho tree, also known as “Purple Lapacho Tree” which – compared to the outer bark – is much more homogeneous and above all less dusty and sweeter in taste. Due to its pleasantly mild aroma which reminds a bit of vanilla or caramel this tea is very popular. It contains less tannic acid and no caffeine.

- Ettevalmistus / Preparation:
- Pange 1 kuni 2 sl Lapacho koort ühte liitrisse külma vette. Kuumuta keemiseni, keeda 5 min.
ja laske veel 10–15 minutit tõmmata - Put 1 to 2 tbs of Lapacho bark into one litre of cold water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 5 min.
and allow to brew for another 10 to 15 min.
